After initial contact, we confirm the scope of treatment and provide the required delivery documentation. Upon receipt of the completed document and the seed batch(es), treatment is scheduled and carried out accordingly.

How do I know my batch won’t get mixed or contaminated?
Each batch is processed separately.
We operate with documented cleaning protocols between production runs, strict batch identification and full traceability throughout the treatment process.
Your seeds will never get mixed with material from other customers.
Will treatment affect germination or seed performance?
No. Our seed coatings are designed not to affect germination, seed performance or storage stability.
The coatings are based on organic materials and are carefully applied to ensure that treated seeds behave the same as untreated seeds, including maintaining the same shelf life under normal storage conditions.
If required, viability and germination tests can be carried out before and after treatment to confirm seed performance.
How predictable is leadtime?
Turnaround is fixed and clearly defined.
Seeds delivered before Friday 12:00 are treated and returned the following week. Larger volumes are coordinated in advance to ensure planning certainty.
Do you return seeds in the original packaging?
Yes. Seeds are returned in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
All packaging is handled with care and batch labeling is maintained to ensure full traceability upon return.
Which filmcoating is used?
We use our premium seed coating Sapphire Seed Coat Premix for all treated seed batches. The coating has an organic formulation and is certified microplastic-free by Flustix.
It is designed to provide excellent visual quality, good flowability and minimal dust formation, while preserving seed performance.
