Microbes

In the soil, plants are part of a rich ecosystem (rhizosphere)  with many different microorganisms. Some of those microbes play an important role in the performance of the plant by shielding it from harmful pathogen infections or by improving mineral nutrition. We selected specific Arbuscular Mycorrhiza and Rhizobium strains to boost the performance of your crops. Discover our microbes below.

Optimum AMF

Optimum AMF

Mycorrhizae play important roles in plant nutrition, soil biology, and soil chemistry. We selected strains for soil conditioning and for plant enhancement in which the performance of the symbiosis enhances plant facilitation,  particularly increasing the P (phosphorus) content of the plants.

Optimum AMF

Optimum AMF Is a 100% Microplastic Free and Organic Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Product

Mycorrhizae play important roles in plant nutrition, soil biology, and soil chemistry. We selected strains for soil conditioning and for plant enhancement in which the performance of the symbiosis enhances plant facilitation,  particularly increasing the uptake of micro-nutrients and initiates plants defence against harmful pathogens and insects.

Optimum AMF

Why Choose Our Optimum AMF?

Optimum AMF improves nutrient use efficiency which can result in:

Mediator of Defence Against Herbivorous Insects

Our field and lab data show that AMF can not only positively influence plant growth traits but can also provide defences against herbivore insects by selectively attracting carnivore insects and repelling herbivore insects.

Improved nutrient and water uptake

AMF symbiosis improves root morphology and promotes the absorption of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) and other essential micro-nutrients.

Multiple Application Methods

Optimum AMF can be applied in a few different ways. Applied to a granulate which can be used as an in furrow application or pre-mixed with the seeds. It can be applied as a Seed Treatment or it can be bought in powder form to mix with water for soil injection or during soil preparation.

Improved Resilience Against Abiotic Stress

Optimum AMF improves resilience against abiotic stress such as: Drought, Heat, Cold and Wind.

Improved Soil Quality and Soil Texture

AMF improved soil structure by increasing the glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) contents and the proportion of macro-aggregates (0.25–0.5 mm) in the rhizosphere soil.

Optimum Rhizo

Optimum Rhizo

Optimum Rhizo Is a 100% Organic and Microplastic Free Rhizobia Product

Rhizobia are bacteria which go in a symbiosis with legume plant systems. The symbiosis is based on exchange of needed molecules for the one to the other and vice versa. Rhizobium are living bacteria which are present in the soil, but these strains are not very specific and are more random than the ones we use which leads to a much lower nitrogen production ( 5 to 8 times lower per  hectare).

Optimum Rhizo

Optimum Rhizo Is a 100% Microplastic Free and Organic Rhizobium Product

Rhizobia are bacteria which go in a symbiosis with legume plant systems. The symbiosis is based on exchange of needed molecules for the one to the other and vice versa. Rhizobium are living bacteria which are present in the soil, but these strains are not very specific and are more random than the ones we use. Our strains lead to a much higher nitrogen fixation (5 to 8 times higher per  hectare).

Optimum Rhizo

Why Choose Our Optimum Rhizo?

Optimum Rhizo improves nutrient use efficiency

High Survival Rate of the Rhizobia

We developed a method to fixate Rhizobium on seeds and granulates with a high survival rate of the Rhizobia.

Improved Shelf Life (> 12 Months)

We developed a method to fixate Rhizobium on seeds and granulates without changing the status of the “sleeping” bacteria resulting in a useful product for the farmer without the shelf life troubles.

Specific Strains for Specific

Legumes

We selected specific strains for specific legumes resulting in higher Nitrogen fixation per hectare per year.

Higher Mobility and Faster

Multiplication

We add a compound which increases the mobility and induces faster multiplication of the Rhizobium strains which increases the added value to the farmer.

Increases Source of Nitrogen

The symbiotic relationship between soil bacteria, collectively known as rhizobia, and legume roots generates nodules (a new differentiated special organ) that fix atmospheric nitrogen through the action of the nitrogenase enzyme.
